Meet Our Coaching Staff

This year, the Killer Whales will be led by Head Coach Eric Switzer and Junior Coaches Sam Crowell, Allison Lange, and Julie Scholes.

Head Coach Eric Switzer returns to the Killer Whales for his fifth season. Eric holds coaching Level 2 certifications from USA Swimming and the American Swim Coaches Association (ASCA) along with being a level 1 USA Triathlon coach. He has worked in the past as an Assistant Coach at CYAC (Charlottesville Youth Aquatic Club) as well as working with the VA Gators. He emphasizes proper stroke technique to help each swimmer maximize their potential. Eric's goal is to build an environment where each swimmer can excel while enjoying being part of a team. He looks forward to working with all the swimmers to build their confidence as they see what they can accomplish through hard work and dedication.
