Fairview Meet Information (7/15/26)
Arrival Time: Coach Alexa needs swimmers to arrive at the park, ideally already suited up, by 4:45PM. If you know you will be arriving closer to the meet start time (6PM), please be sure Alexa and/or Claire know. You can use Remind for last-minute updates.

Parents of 10 & Unders: For these age groups, volunteers & coaches will take charge of your children to get them to and from their events. When they are NOT swimming an event, though, they will be in your charge. Please help us keep the meet running smoothly by keeping them near you!
Parents of 11+ Swimmers: For these age groups, we do not have “minders” for the swimmers–they have to get to and from their events on their own. You can help them by listening to the announcer, who will call events (“Events 33, 34, 35, please report to the Clerk of Course”) and sending them if their event # is called.
