The Key West Killer Whales welcomes swimmers of all abilities aged 5-18; our summer team competes in the Jefferson Swim League. Our mission is to promote water safety and help kids become life-long swimmers by providing great coaching and a positive atmosphere that encourages team spirit and personal growth. Membership in the Key West Club is not required for swim team.

Registration Fees & Process
Registration fees cover up to 10 weeks of swim practices, six swim meets, & the championship meet; plus, every registered swimmer will receive a Killer Whale t-shirt and a swim cap. We do offer need-based scholarships for families who would not otherwise be able to participate; inquire with us if you are interested in learning more.
For KWC members, the fee is $210 per swimmer for the first two children in a family and $135 for each child after the second (the “2+ Rate”).
For non-members, the fee is $240 for the first two children and $150 for each child thereafter.
2026 Registration will be a 2 part process:
Step 1: Please pay online through this website or contact the Swim Team Committee to discuss other payment options. This must happen before Step 2.
Step 2: After payment you will receive an e-mail with a link to our new Swimtopia site to register your swimmer officially with JSL.
